Mini, Founder - Mini Steps to Wellness….
Mini is a seasoned counsellor, yoga teacher, and community services specialist committed to supporting well-being. With expertise in various counselling modalities and a Master's in Yoga Teaching, she offers diverse Yoga classes. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Counselling (500 hours), Mini's academic background includes a Postgraduate degree in Public Health, a Diploma in Counselling, and a Bachelor's in Homeopathy.
As a registered member of the Australian Counselling Association, Mini is dedicated to the highest standards of professional practice. Her platform, Mini Steps to Wellness, reflects her own journey towards balance and serves to guide others toward emotional growth and resilience. Mini is passionate about supporting marginalized communities, advocating for equality, and volunteers her time to assist those in need.
Natalie
Administrator, MSTW
Natalie, a proud European-Australian, passionately advocates for disability and mental health awareness. With a personal diagnosis of autism and her own mental health challenges, she's pursuing her dream career as a child and adolescent psychologist through a bachelor's degree in psychology. Currently employed at an After School Care program in a specialist school, Natalie works closely with children facing various disabilities and mental health struggles. Motivated by her desire to educate others about mental health, Natalie actively contributes to Mini Steps to Wellness and volunteers for MYND Initiative.
